AnthonyDiPrinziohighres

The Anthony DiPrinzio Innovation Champion Award honors the remarkable legacy of a 2019 Berkeley alumnus who was a visionary leader and a dedicated member of the UC Berkeley community. As an undergraduate, Anthony balanced his studies in Political Economy with intense commitment to innovation, serving as President of Blockchain at Berkeley and dedicated vast hours at SCET, advancing entrepreneurial ideals with his peers. After graduation, Anthony led the Blockchain Lab at BASF and played an integral role in the growth of the startup Aleo. He became the head of business development of its for-profit arm, Provable. Anthony was driven to learn and share his knowledge, traveling globally to speak with aspiring entrepreneurs. Known for his inspirational vitality and humor, he embraced life to the fullest. His professional trajectory as a leader in an emerging industry combined with his passion for mentorship and global engagement, perfectly mirrors the spirit of this award. By recognizing students who make extraordinary contributions to the campus entrepreneurship ecosystem, this honor ensures that Anthony’s vitality, work ethic, and passion for empowering others continue to inspire the next generation of Berkeley innovators.
