Description
The Director of Operations for the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology is seeking an intern to collaborate with the SCET intern team on the following (but not limited to) projects:
- Office management (email, calendar, contact database, inventory)
- Budgeting and financial accounting for various programs. Initiating purchasing, reimbursement, and invoicing.
- Facility operations and organization
- Event planning and guest services
- Communication and marketing assistance
Interns are exposed to the latest technology trends, top industry leaders and entrepreneurs affiliated with our programs. This role entails acting as a liaison between students, faculty, and industry fellows. Most importantly, we're looking for a hard-working and pro-active student who has the ability to take direction, complete projects in a timely manner, and have fun!
Eligibility
- Berkeley undergraduate student
- Continuing student; Enrolled during Spring 2019 as well as enrolled in a minimum of 12 units in Fall 2019
- Good academic standing
- Access to laptop
