Forms and Policies
- Terms and Conditions (required for all events)
- Facility Use Permit (for non-campus groups)
- Event Security Request (UCPD) (weekends, non-business hours, high-profile guests)
- Alcohol Permit Request (if alcohol will be served)
- Insurance for Non-departmental Users of Campus Facilities (Required for non-campus groups)
- Space is not available on game days, so please check before submitting your request.
Once you have submitted your request, you will receive an email confirmation of your room reservation with an invoice to make your payment.
Acceptable forms of payment include wire transfers or checks made to the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology, UC Berkeley.
Reservations must be made at least 10 days in advance of your event and are not considered complete until receipt of email confirmation from SCET and payment of rental fees. SCET reserves the right to place additional requirements (e.g. security) or cancel reservations at any time.
For cancellations, a notice must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for refund.
