On Nov. 17, Foundation Capital held their second Berkeley Founders Pitch Day, a program designed to inspire and support founders of early-stage Berkeley startups with $25k in seed funding. Delta Prize teams Hitmap and Vyrill were two of the companies selected to pitch in the final round, with Hitmap chosen as one of the four winners of $25k.
More than an occasion for startups to receive funding, this was a celebration of the entrepreneurial talent at UC Berkeley and an opportunity to bring together founders, alumni, and investors in support of the next generation of Berkeley startups.
The Delta Prize Demo Day will be on Dec. 1, 5-6:30pm at Sibley Auditorium.
