Alumni Gathering for Berkeley Engineering Leadership Program at VMware in Fall 2015

On August 11th, Berkeley Engineering and the Sutardja Center will kick off the Fall 2016 session of the Engineering Leadership Professional Program with our 9th cohort since the program’s inception in 2011.

We are pleased to welcome back our past participating companies – Google, Cisco, SanDisk, VMware, Samsung, Qualcomm and Yahoo! – and greet candidates from firms new to this program – including Intel, PayPal, Oracle, Autodesk, Broadcom and Silicon Valley Bank.

This increased diversity in companies represented bodes well for the variety of viewpoints in case study discussions and group project work, as well as for establishing a broader network for our candidates.

Classes will be held in the evenings in Silicon Valley and will feature lectures by a variety of tech industry senior leaders including Keval Desai, Steve Blank, Inder Sidhu, Charlie Giancarlo and Don Proctor.

The program’s lead instructor is Ikhlaq Sidhu, Chief Scientist and Founding Director of the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship & Technology, also a tech industry veteran and distinguished leader.
