The 2026 Anthony DiPrinzio Innovation Champion Award was proudly presented to Ayushi Deokule, a student who exemplifies the ‘scholar-citizen’ spirit Anthony DiPrinzio championed. Her contributions include managing the SCET AI Summit, which brought Berkeley’s technical frontier face-to-face with industry leaders from Google, Meta, and Perplexity. Furthermore, as the lead facilitator for the ‘Innovators in Residence’ DeCal, her ‘outstanding professionalism’ and dedication have been instrumental in institutionalizing mentorship and empowering her peers to successfully navigate the entrepreneurial journey.
