SCET Alt Meat Program Coordinator

The Pantas and Ting Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology (SCET) is the premiere institution at UC Berkeley for the study and practice of entrepreneurship and technology innovation. SCET is globally recognized for developing the Berkeley Method, an internationally recognized approach to teaching technology entrepreneurship to undergraduate students, innovation to graduate students, and technology firm leadership to professionals and executives. This position will be responsible for leading in-lab research efforts, under the SCET Alt.Meat X-Lab Co-Director. The ideal candidate will be required to manage a lab space in addition to onboarding, utilizing, and maintaining several instruments. This candidate will also have to collaborate with internal and external constituents on desired plant-based food research efforts. Finally, this role will also aid in general Alt.Meat X-Lab support such as academic course support, program event planning, supporting external communications, and/or providing website support. All of the above is with the aim to continue the SCET Alt.Meat XLab‘s trajectory to be a leader in the plant-based education space.
