About Program Coordinator Position

The Program Coordinator will provide administrative and programmatic support to a Program Director or Program Manager. In this position you will get exposure to the AlchemistX leadership team, speakers, mentors, coaches, and startups in multiple cohorts. Working closely with the Program Manager you will have the opportunity to build program management skills and grow your network.

The AlchemistX team operates in a fast-paced and agile environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high levels of agility and comfort with ambiguity.

Responsibilities can include, but not limited to:

  • Support the planning, preparation, and delivery of program
  • Draft internal communications with startups
  • Manage logistics for virtual sessions and provide timely follow-up when needed
  • Schedule and oversee meetings between startups and mentors
  • Manage surveys
  • Manage and streamline invitations to events, such as Demo Days

You Will Need to Have

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
  • Time management competence and ability to prioritize work projects
  • Comfortable with Google Suite
  • Excellent PowerPoint/ Google Slides skills
  • Graphic Design Experience (Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or other) preferred

While this is a part-time remote position (15-20 hors per week), we ask that candidates define a set weekly schedule of hours and if desired, we have a co-working space available in San Francisco, CA.
