Startup with Purpose is an exciting fast-paced entrepreneurship program aimed at promoting technological innovation through collaboration between young entrepreneurs from around the world. This summer, we are hosting a 9-day bootcamp at King’s Academy in Madaba, Jordan, from July 30th to August 6th, 2017.

The curriculum of this program is based on the Berkeley Method of Entrepreneurship developed by Professor Ken Singer, who is the Managing Director at the Sutardja Center for Entrepreneurship and Technology at Berkeley’s College of Engineering. The program also offers the opportunity to earn 2 units of credit from UC Berkeley’s Industrial Engineering and Operations Research (IEOR) department.

During our boot-camp, participants will get access to lectures from esteemed entrepreneurs, professors and investors from around the world, 1 on 1 mentorship sessions, as well as the opportunity to form diverse teams with talented people from all around the world. The program will commence in a demo-day where participants will get the opportunity to pitch their ideas to angel investors and venture capitalists. We will also be hosting a team-building excursion to the fabled ruins of Petra.
