On June 8th, the Spring 2015 cohort for SCET’s Engineering Leadership Professional Program (ELPP) assembled with their guests on the Berkeley campus for a final lecture on Engineering Leadership Principles by Prof. Ikhlaq Sidhu.

This cohort represented the 5th year the program has been in existence, and it has now graduated over 225 professionals.  Graduates hailed from a wide variety of Silicon Valley companies, including: Google, Yahoo!, VMware, Applied Materials, Lam Research, Samsung, NetApp, SanDisk, Qualcomm and Juniper.

The afternoon concluded with a cocktail reception and dinner at the UC Berkeley Faculty Club.

ELPP is an executive leadership program that is held in the evenings in Silicon Valley and is now offered twice a year by SCET, due to increased demand.  The program prepares engineering leaders for higher levels of responsibility and leadership within their organizations.
